Service good and food good however, time and time again I get seriously overcharged for the food. My husband and I like Arby’s food however I rarely pick up from there because I ALWAYS get overcharged. What I picked up yesterday should have been $14.00 and it was over $20! I asked why it was so much more than indicated online and they didn’t know just said it always is a lot more. Well, they charged for the meal instead of just the fish…I DID NOT GET THE FISH MEAL, but I did pay a lot more to not get it.

I only liked their curly fries, but I got a lot of the hard ends, which are gross. I ordered a jamocha shake, and it had orange shake at the bottom, so I asked for another. The attendant was nice and redid the shake, but then it just tasted like vanilla, so I was disappointed. I usually love their jamocha shakes.

Restaurant was clean. I especially appreciated the open restrooms and the fact they had hooks in the stalls to hang items on. The music was good (classic rock) and not too loud. Took a while to order at the cash register at 4:20pm on a Saturday due to it being short staffed. Staff was quick, just not overly friendly. 2pm to 5pm they have a special for $1 classic sliders, cookies, snack sized shakes and soda.

Ordered French dip…bun was soggy and dip was like water. I was so disappointed. The seating area was clean but each seat where I wanted to sit had huge tears and stuffing coming out. It was not a good experience at all.

So to start every table was dirty with no customers inside, then we order. The fries were cold and the tenders we’re barely warm, when I told them she had an additude. My sandwich was good but not much meat especially for the price. Won’t be back for a while.

Arby’s is known for tender roast beef and curly fries. They got it down pat, here. I ordered a classic double roast beef. Juicy, tender. The curly fries are wonderful. I live them. They have other items: Reubens, ribs, gyros. The place is fairly new or remodeled. Very nicely done. Counter help was super friendly. This Arby’s fulfills the creed to a “T”.
