Shift leader this afternoon was very straightforward and not friendly…was only 3 people in the diner ..so I don’t know why she would be like stressed out… just not a friendly person I guess… atmosphere was unwelcoming…other than that it’s a nice place and lots of room to eat .Make sure you look for the specials..or ask..since they don’t tell you they have them ..like the 2 for 7 dollars special.

Enjoy the fish sandwich and the gyros, things not available at typical fast food restaurants. I find the crinkle cut fries the best of any fries at any fast food place, including McDonald’s. Can be a little pricey but what isn’t these days.

Ordered a regular roast beef sandwich. The bun was cold and stale. The roast beef was either old or burnt. It was black and crunchy completely around the edges. The only thing they did right was the four piece mozzarella sticks. Kind of hard to screw up something that they drop in a basket and put in the oil for 3 minutes. Never had such a bad sandwich from Arby’s before. And the older lady, who I assume took my order because she was the one that brought me the bag at the drive-thru window, probably needs to find a new line of work because she’s not friendly at all. Almost forgot, as I was leaving the drive-thru to go to the pickup window I saw a special they had for $7. A roast beef and cheddar sandwich along with the choice of two different types of other sandwiches and a 6-piece mozzarella stick. My order was $10 and smaller portions. Not very good business practices.

4 roast beef for $10 to go and a large coke. Didn’t notice the atmosphere as it was a quick in and out. Hate drive through as mistakes do happen. Today all was good and the food hot.

I was having trouble with the app so I went inside frustrated I couldn’t get the 5 for 5 deal to come up I was so frustrated but the young manager took my phone and did it for me he remained calm and got my order for me on the app — this young man is a 5 star manager or employee — thank you so much — you made my bad experience taste real good -Thanks again I will be back now I know how to use the app

This Arby’s is conveniently located at 242 and I-45 right in front of the Kohl’s department store. The food here is always very hot, fresh of course delicious. If you haven’t tried one of the new Gyros you’ve got to stop by and grab one. They’re absolutely delicious and they even offer extra cucumber tzatziki sauce. Very filling sandwich and a great price at 2 for $6
