I had an incredible dining experience at the Arby’s on Nacogdoches and 410, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jason, the manager. The Double Beef and Cheddar sandwich I ordered was an absolute delight and lived up to the standards set in their commercials. The sandwich was perfectly prepared, with tender beef, delicious cheddar, and just the right amount of sauce. Jason and his team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the food and service. I’ll definitely be returning to this Arby’s for more of their fantastic sandwiches.

Cashier acted like he didn’t even want to be at work, he wasn’t enthusiastic. He didn’t try to upset me or anything. He didn’t hear from me or drink. When I bought the 2 for seven, the restroom was filthy. The area where you get your ketchup and your horse. Reddish sauce was completely disgusting. And everywhere you walk in the restaurant, the ground was sticky.

Received a mans nail in the classic beef and cheddar sandwich. I’ve tried to call them , but seems phone off the hook. Plus these employees should be wearing gloves when making these sandwiches. It my mother who sandwich was. If she gets sick. I’m coming after you with a big fat lawsuit.

Took forever to take my order and when I did order I had to repeat my self like 4 times because they were to busy laughing. Then when I got my order every was wrong I ask for curly fries and got regular fries. Food was cold ask for extra side of cheese and didn’t get it.

JAKE is the man! I received the absolute best service I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment maybe even better than a high end steakhouse. I will be returning to this location frequently because of him. Who needs Jake from State Farm when you’ve got Jake from Arbys!?

First the food at Arby’s overall is great. But the one on my latest visit at 410W was not the greatest. Main door locked so I had to walk around to another door. Employee that ended up taking my order was asleep in a booth. No hello or how are you. Just a what can I get you. Didn’t seem to want to answer any questions concerning the food. Unable to answer questions about sweet tea. Finally received my food and seemed like I asked for the world when all I asked for was Arby’s sauce. Second time at this location and will probably be my last. I know it may seem like just a job, but make the most of it. “Earn” money by being hospitable, not just getting money for minimal effort.

Gave us hard fries. When I we ordered crinkle fries and nuggets. Then our change she gave us was covered in some weird brown stuff. Unsure what it was. She said it’s dirty smiled and still handed over to us.
