This particular Arby’s is super efficient. Our food was fresh, and hot. And, we had our order completed with plenty of sauces, silverware packs, napkins, etc. We were very pleased. ☺️ FYI- We tried a bunch of the new sliders in our large order, and thought they were fantastic! We hope they stay on the menu?

Excellent service! Delicious Roast Beef Sandwiches. The Crinkle Fries were freshly cooked & the sandwiches were loaded with roast beef. We were hungry & forgot to take a pic of our yummy meal. Glad we decided to try this Arby’s Fast Food Restaurant.

I just paid $3 for Mac and cheese and they only gave me this small container worth about 50¢. Maybe this type of value for the money is why the drive through line was empty. The service was nice, but I probably won’t be going back.

Only their Drive Thru at Arby’s was open at their IH35 Live Oak location. No Dining In. This is two years into the Covid Pandemic in which carryout is the only means of dining. There were five cars in front of me in the Drive Thru. All were processed quite quickly. No long waits between customers. The call in order speaker was clear. Ordered two Classic Roast Beef sandwiches to go and & to prevent over issuing, limited the number of sandwich sauces to two each of Horseradish & Arby’s. The Rib sandwich is no longer on the menu; otherwise I would have added it to my order. The sandwich was warm and delicious when I arrived home.

3.5 for value/high prices vs competitors. Mint shake very tasty, but a bit watery; Wagyu burger tiny for $9+, but tasty. King Hawaiian Fish was very good, but also pricey; super efficient, great, nice, friendly staff.
