This isn’t a place you want to go if your looking for quality food. I know it’s fast food…. but food that’s raw! Daughter puked after realizing her chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked fully!! Plus their sweet tea was sour like it had been sitting out all day and they had hardly any soda and the soda they did have tasted like dirt! Never again!

Went through the drive-through to grab food. service was extremely slow. Probably waited 10 plus minutes for food in line. A car behind me and in front of me drove away as it was taking so long for food to come out. Although the person was nice, I probably would not go to this location again. Seemed very disorganized, and by the time I got my food, it was cold. Couldn’t really enjoy the food I got either. The location was not that busy either.

We just Went through drive through and waited 15 minutes at the window for our food. While waiting we saw the employee behind the counter drop a cup on the floor then pick it up and give it to the customer. Then after 15 minutes we got several bags of food. Thankfully, we checked to see if it was our order and we had been given ours and the two orders behind ours! This location is absolutely horrible. I placed a mobile order for lunch. My fries were fresh and really good. When I opened the wrapping for my chicken wrap, the wrap looked thrown together and the chicken was so hard I couldn’t tear it and didn’t even attempt to bite into it. I went back to get another one, the worker looked at me as if I was crazy, told me to “Wait a minute and we’ll make another”. I went to the restroom and it was dirty and had bugs on the floor. As I went back to wait on my food, I looked at the food stations and the lobby are, it was if the floors hasn’t been swept in months. I literally watched the man make my food and thought he fixed it. There was no apology, friendliness or anything. I’m so glad I stayed calm because I was very frustrated the entire time and grossed out. I’ll never be back to this location again.

For the prime location this place is, this was thee worst Arby’s I’ve been to in Texas! First, the black guy that was on the mic for the drive thru greeted me with “Go ‘head” instead of what I’m sure is a customary “welcome to Arby’s….” (he said the same thing to the customer behind me as well). He needs to be fired asap! So I went inside to use the bathroom. It was barely noon and the bathroom was filthy and out of paper towels! And the over weight manager needs to be fired and immediately replaced right along with him! For 1. Her uniform shirt did not fit and her stomach was showing! Her attitude was nasty and unpleasant. Told her about the bathroom paper towel situation and she scoffed and said “we’ll take care of it”. Then there’s the food. The burger patty was warm at best for the fact I had to wait for big miss attitude to make it herself and the fries were old.. and again it’s barely noon and I was the only customer inside so it wasn’t exactly busy. I don’t know who owns this franchise but if they want it to make the money that location can, they better look into new and better employees!

Nice enough, but slow as all get out. Also, errors – wrong drink, forgot a sandwich. It was fixed with another 20+ minute wait in the drive thru, but it’s not worth coming here if you’re on a time crunch. And check your bag and drinks!

I went thru the drive thru yesterday between 12pm and 2pm and the wonderful lady (didn’t get her name)in the drive thru made a little to go cup for my pups. It was just a couple of curly fries and a tidbit of roast beef but it was so special. I will always come back to this location. Thank you for making me feel special.
