I driver trucks, so I don’t have the option to return if my food is im not satisfied. And I don’t live in plainview, so I’m pretty much out of luck wasted my money coming to this place. My fries were old,the young lady who took my order didn’t even fill my fry box up, and my sandwich barely had any meant on it. By the time I stopped and sat down to eat, I noticed it, but there’s nothing I can do. Wish I could get my money back because this is unacceptable, and they were not even busy.

I’m assuming the employees don’t know their own menu. I ordered two creamy Mediterranean Wraps and received something completely different. Where did the bacon and cheese come from because that is not on that wrap. Possibly received a roasted turkey bacon wrap? And then at the drive-thru window they quickly gave us the bag and then shut the window. They didn’t even asked if we wanted any condiments which there are none in the bag. Now I don’t know about anybody else but I would like something to eat the fries with. I.E. ketchup.

Arrived at 9:15pm to order for the family. Was told it had to be Togo because the dining room was closed. Door said they closed at 10pm. Food was mediocre. Very disappointing.

I’ve had really good drive through experiences here. Dining room…not so much, either its closed or the staff seems a bit unprofessional. However, I will say i’m thoroughly please with the drive through service. They are always very polite, even if they are out of something they’re always apologetic and quick to compensate with a solution. Our orders come out correct each time, and I just really appreciate the attitude of the drive through staff. Thank yall!
