I have to say I was very disappointed when I received my order. It was the worse I have ever experienced. The roast beef was so thick and tough. One of the staff members got an attitude cause I asked her was the curly fries fresh. SMH. The sad part is I ate here just a few hours earlier. There’s most definitely a difference in shifts cause the morning shifts was the best from the food to the service. Except for one of the members coming from outside not washing her hands. Glad she was handling my order but still that’s nasty. I will never eat at any Arby’s. The meat is as thick as some gyro meat be sliced. It tastes weird like that.

This is 2 times in a row that I have ordered a bacon ranch wagyu burger meal, spent 40 for my entire purchase, get home and I am bent over with a bacon burger sauce wagyu, wait ranch is in the name of the burger, I think I just got scammed on a $12+burger what the frick? On top of that why is the Phone line always busy like the manager is just talking on the phone instead of making sure orders are correct? Seriously….? Might as well just cook at home prime rib burgers and still save money.

Went in for the new sirloin sandwich. Wasn’t as great as I was expecting. It was good, just not great. No fault of the people there. Was a little short staffed when I went in. Good service overall. Seating was clean.
