I got a gyro from here today and I was first impressed by the friendly staff, you never see that anywhere anymore, and they finished my order very timely. When I opened my order it was the most beautiful, fresh and delicious gyro I’ve ever had from an Arby’s. I could tell the put pride in their work and did an excellent job!

Burger was ordered. I get that it’s wagu burger but this was cold inside and not cooked. Ada answered when I called. She said she was a manager. When I told her the problem she said she didn’t have time for me and hung up. When I called back another manager Lois answered. He was a little more professional but still wanted to educate me on a wagu burger. He stated it was not undercooked without even looking at it. He stated next time I should be aware of what I was ordering. Bad service, bad food, I will not go back and hope the franchise owner looks at this review and does training with his managers. They are costing him customers and with my 30.00 bill for 2 meals and a kids meal, I’m sure they can’t afford to lose customers.

My wife and I went through Arbys on Sunday 02/06/2022. The place was not busy at all as we went through the drive thru (in fact we were the only ones there). We ordered 2 of the #1’s with 4 cups of extra cheese (we love dipping our fries in the cheese). We got our food and pulled out the cheese that we PAID for to only find the cups had been filled a quarter of the way if not less. We then went to eat our sandwich to only find that our sandwiches had even less cheese on them (see pics below). I’m trying to understand why Arbys and other companies are expecting us (all customers) to pay the same amount if not more for a product and give us (all customers) less? If companies such as Arbys and others go out of business it isn’t going to be due to “the pandemic”, it’ll be due to the lack of work ethics, and expecting more from consumers while providing less quality.
