We come to town 2 times a week on business. For the last 2 months it seems the ac is out of service. In this heat it needs to be working. Food is good and the service is good. Wish they were more friendly, they seem like they don’t like their jobs here

Food and service were how they should be. The only worker that was there during my last visit was alone for her shift but she still provided an excellent experience. Only complaint I have is the restaurant’s cleanliness needed improvement. The fact that the lady was doing her best alone and still did good was uplifting. I wish I could remember her name. Was an older white complected lady probably around her late 50s. She deserves a big pat on the back and a raise.

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in literally years. We had fast service and fresh hot food. The A/C wasn’t working and they had fans blowing but the food and service was great. Clean bathrooms too.

Nice new location! Food was great and hot. The lower rating is for customer service. For lunchtime it wasn’t busy. Many employees were standing around on their phones then touching food. We all know that cell phones are nasty. Staff seemed like helping customers wasn’t a priority. The person that helped me, Brittany seemed to hate her job and be working. She sure frowned a lot at customers but smiled a lot while using her phone.

Food was good, service was good, they were out of ketchup and the napkins smelled like they were stored in someone’s basement for about 10 years. Also, it was about 95 degrees inside the restaurant.

Curly fries were decent. In 3 visits we were flat out ignored by staff. Stood in line for well over 10 mins each time and was never greeted or helped. Not even so much as a hold on or anything. All the staff seen us and they always seem like it’s a burden for them to be at work. Step it up yall please. I love Arby’s usually. Not here though.

My boxer loves the leftovers when there’s any leftovers. It is a nice clean fantastic Arby’s they give you plenty of meat and plenty of warmth and the drinks are fine too
