Drove up to this location with bare minimum expectations as I already saw a line of like 7 cars as I pulled in as I decided I rather be in the store AC. To my surprise, as I was getting out of my vehicle, the line simply vanished. Upon walking inside, I was greeted by an older gentleman who calmly and without a rush took my order while multi-tasking his other responsibilities. This location even has the half-pound version of the French dip!!! 10/10 and I usually don’t write good reviews.

We had a little bit of a wait before someone took our order, not sure if it was because they were concentrating on drive thru or what. The seating area was full of tables that needed wiped down, but the customer’s took care of their trash so out didn’t look messy. There was a lull in customers and not a single employee came around the counter to check dining room.

This was the worst place ever to go I would NEVER go to this Racist place again and get treated horribly. My meal and 5 for 10 was all burnt my Niece got so sick She started to puke and then my Dad did and Great Nephew of 6 too He got sick too. Then the Manager Shelly refused to get my money back and told Me I was lying about my Food I am a Nun I’m not perfect but I wouldn’t lie. Then She called Me a Nip I don’t understand what that means. She wanted me to bring back the sandwiches 4 days later because it far from my house I just went to the Hospital because I’m terminal. I felt so low and mentally drained and sad I have been through a lot but I thought this stuff was in the past not the present 🙁

I am angry and annoyed at the experience I just had at this Arby’s. It is a blizzard outside and I work right across from Arby’s so I went over for my lunch breaks and it took 30 minutes to get my food ordered. The voice that I heard said” thank you for choosing Arby’s on this bright beautiful Colorado day,” in an annoyed robotic voice. I paid 13.14 before tax for the meal. The quality is shockingly bad. Cold meat, no sauce, dripping with grease. See picture below. Before coming to this Arby’s ask yourself, can you get this meal at higher quality for the same amount of time and price at a sit down restaurant.

Ordered new garlic prime rib. Very good. Also tried the chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese. Had to park and wait for chicken almost ten minutes. Chicken was clusters of hard dry breading with what may have been meat but was hard dry and chewy. Macaroni was good except chicken was inedible.

I had a coupon promo for a free Gyro and as I was driving by decided to redeem this offer and try it out. I also ordered a orange dream malt and I found both items to be rather tasty. The Gyro was fresh tasting and just the way I ordered it ( didn’t have what I didn’t want on it) …the drive thru was a rather quick and pleasant experience … thanks guys….
