Arby’s is always great, and this store is not an exception. Our sandwiches were hot, delicious, generous, and a good value. The buns were fresh and complimented the roast beef with perfection. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of potato cakes in a medium order, although the curly fries could have been a bit fresher. Overall professional, courteous, and quick service. You can never go wrong with an Arby’s roast beef sandwich.

Today a heavy-set (maybe Hispanic) woman was working at the window. I homeless man, not dirty, asked her for a cup of water for him and his grandson, who was around 5 yo. She told him, he would have to go around and go in. I pulled up to window and got my order, then I drove around again and ordered sandwiches and tall waters for them. When I was pulling up to window he was walking away, saying (under his breath) “Wow. Of course she won’t give me water.” I got his food, pulled around and parked to hand it to him. He was very grateful. Afterwards, I drove to that Safeway to buy him food. I’m in a terrible financial situation. Now I’m going to leave a review for the two Safeway managers….

Horrible. Had to back all the way out of this drive-thru. The lady running the drive-thru was extremely rude. She talked to us like we were stupid and huffed and puffed the entire time like we were wasting her time. There was one car ahead of us that was it. The lady in the drive-thru kept rushing us. After one item she would very rudely say “is that it?!” We had to order for 3 people but she didn’t want to hear any of it. She gave us no time and was the worst. I would never go back. We went to Freddy’s across the street and they were about to close in 8 minutes and still, they took our order and were so nice and so polite. They didn’t make us feel unwelcome at all which was nice since the only reason we needed to grab food was that we spent the whole night at the hospital for our son. Never again.

Arby’s is one of those places that I never crave but enjoy from time to time. There is one gentleman who works here that is always extremely chipper and energetic but the other employees could take notes from him. Service times can vary, I’ve had very fast and curt service and I’ve waited at the window for 5+ minutes. However, I’ve never received a wrong order before, which I can’t say about many other fast food restaurants.
