7/3/22- About average for an Arby’s. We stopped in to wait out a ran storm at the truck stop this place is attached to. I have noticed in general that the chicken salad sandwiches are dry at Arby’s and nor just the fault of this location. I think the bread they use is just too dry and thick. The staff was nice enough.

On top of Colorado’s already high sales tax. This place has included a 3.5% tax by the land developer. Then to get food poisoning. Lost everything I had eaten an hour after. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered mozzarella sticks and received no marinara sauce. I mean, really?! It’s in the picture of the mozzarella sticks on the menu Also asked for 3 pepper sauce in addition to the marinara and didn’t receive it either. I went thru the drive thru or would’ve gone back, but just not worth it. Your job isn’t that hard, people. Get your stuff together and stop acting like entitled little pieces of you know what. Robots could and would do a much better job. No wonder robots are putting you people out of work. $36 for an $8 experience. Awful.

Left out half my order. Seriously upset family. Closed in between ordering at the drive thru and being able to get my food and walk back in to tell them it wasn’t all there. Doors locked. Would not pee on this place to save an employee if it was burning to the ground. Terrible customer service from employees and management. Hope you all have a terribly impoverished holiday season.

This is by far the best Arby’s I have ever been to!! They understood the assignment. I was here right before 5:00pm on 5/9/2022 and everyone who was working deserves a raise! These mozzarella sticks were straight fire, 10/10 cheesy af and not stiff. Also asked for extra crispy curly fries and they did not disappoint nor hesitate to make them. Love these people!
