The order taker was very keen on his customer service skills, and went out of his way to accommodate specifically what you wanted. However when I got home the sandwich looked awful and was sloppy and cold. The curly fries were old little and not curly.

Been a long time since Ive had an Arbys in the US, but maybe my memory is better than the reality. Bread was flattened into mush on both my french dip and husbands double beef. Staff seemed a little thin as same person was handling orders at the counter and the drive through. And they had no potato cakes!
