Honestly you guys need to stop hiring neurotypicals. Go into this location right now at 10am the server is filthy with old foood on their shirt. The counter surface & tables were sticky & filthy. Had an odd thing happen. I went to get a bit of Horsey sauce from the pumps on the counter and nothing was coming from the spigot. I went to the pickup counter and when I explained the situation one of the staff came over to help. My food also came out so I took it to my table and went back to te dispenser. The fellow helping me was vigorously and fruitless pumping the dispenser. He finally removed the lid and proclaimed there was a problem. He then walked off leaving me with no horsey sauce for my rapidly cooling sandwich. I waited a few minutes to see if something was going to happen. Nothing did. I again walked up to the pickup counter and a different staff member greeted me. I pointed to the top less dispenser and asked again for horsey sauce. This staff member graciously gave me three packets of it and I finally got to eat my beef and cheddar! The first staff member needs a bit of training on customer follow through. When he was unable to get the dispenser to function he should have immediately asked if I would like a packet of sauce, not just wander off and leave me hanging.

Great experience at Arby’s! There was a large order in front of me so I had a little bit of a wait. At the window they were super friendly and joked with me about not wanting any sauces! Made me laugh. Delicious mozzarella sticks and orange dream shake!

I don’t eat much fast food, but I could eat Arby’s all the time! Beef and cheddar, jalapeno poppers with that sweet raspberry or something sauce, curly fries, jamocha shakes, sliders, bring on the food coma! Only complaint I have is the staff is ALWAYS forgetting something or giving me the wrong order here. I called a few times to let them know what happened and I’m told they’d send out a voucher or something to make it right, but I’ve yet to receive anything…

I was once again fooled. Arby’s has such a great menu, very nice building, everything picture perfect. But only in the pictures is it so perfect, the actual food was not as good as I was expecting. I think they built the expectations to high.

So I placed my order for 2 gyros and 2 large shakes I contacted my driver to make sure to bring straws and napkins since I was in the middle of moving. The driver ask if he could get straws and napkins because I had asked him to make sure. The person at the store assured him they were in the sealed bag. No straws and no napkins. Contacted door dash and informed them the situation. The official door dash policy is if you order soup and they deliver it with a fork to eat it with that is perfectly acceptable and they will do nothing to assist you because they delivered your soup. The agent then hung up on me. Contacted Arby’s the phone rang and then sounded like the phone was picked up then hung up but it was closing time so who can really be sure. I will just assume since door dash we did our job and disconnected on me so did Arby’s. So I am perfectly clear I am a Chef I have canceled my personal account with as well as their ability to deliver for any restaurants associated with me in any way. As an employee if Arby’s hung up on me I will no longer do business with them either. All over someone being too lazy to put $0.10 straws and napkins in a bag and take care of customer. Now so I put this in a context that’s understandable I reviewed my records. Last year I spent over $1,100 at this Arby’s. Guess they won’t be seeing that money next year. Now imagine 100 customers like me, then 1,000, then do the math. So the $30 meal I ordered that I spent my time trying to salvage by getting straws and napkins that resulted in me being hung up on twice is in the trash can at McDonald’s where I was even asked if I wanted or needed napkins or utensils with my order and I was even thanked for my business and asked to come again.

Food was good and drivethru was a bit slower them the spot in loveland and ended up turning my truck off to save gas while waiting for food but girl was very nice and apologized for delay

Showed up at 9. Outside light for sign out. Asked if they were closed. They said no. I asked if they could turn the menu sign on and they did. Someone was playing with the loud speaker. Sounded like they were joking around. All kids in there very unprofessional
