Went in an hour before they closed. I get they were closing, but when you’re in school you just rest when you can. Ordered a large meal. Got home with this small strawberry lemonade and a medium fries that had half of them gone. Not to mention the fries tasted nasty and not fresh. Hard as could be. Asked for Arby’s sauce and marinara sauce and got none! Very disappointed. Customers satisfaction is definitely not at this place and only for the money

We visited this establishment and was not even greeted for over 5 mins, standing at the counter. Once we got service, they were rude, and oh my, let me tell you about the food. Old tasting frys, old tasting chicken tenders very dry, chicken sandwich was old and dry.

Terribly rude manager, she is awful to her employees and tends to belittle them in front of customers. I go out of my way not to ever ask her a question. She either does not answer you at all, or just shrug and walk away. I feel bad for the employees, what a miserable manager they have to put up with. Take care of your people Arby’s, don’t let an awful manager make their work experience a bad one.

I’m wondering at what point ARBYS corporate is going to do something about Julie. I honestly can’t believe a person this miserable works in customer service. We’ve let it slide other times, but tonight my husband went inside as we had a bigger order and right away he heard this lady yelling, “I’m not answering it!” He thinks she was talking about the drive-thru because then she yelled, “I don’t speak the Spanish” into her headset. This can’t be her attitude only when we’re in there and I’m disappointed ARBYS lets someone like this work for them. She is constantly miserable and because of her, we won’t be visiting this location again.
