Avoid this store. The wagyu burger here was the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was tiny and had been cooked hours ( days?) before I arrived. There wasn’t an ounce of moisture in it. Saltine crackers are juicer than this burger. I took one bite and threw it away. I had fries for dinner that night.

Fast food? Ha! McDonald’s is the only fast food around here. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes at Arby’s, and that’s if you’re the only one in line. I’ve waited just to see how long it takes and if they’re “busy” it can easily be 30 minutes plus.

I can’t believe the experience I had. I went to Arbys for lunch. When I get to the register I am told that IT is working on the register and it could not be used until they were done. IN THE MIDDLE OF LUNCH HOUR! The kid that was at the register would not use the drive through register to take my order but rather told me to go through drive through…I didn’t want to do that as the line was long and slow moving. I sent corporate an email and what I received back was a very generic “copy and paste” response apologizing for the bad experience. There was no offer or plans to make it right. I did not expect free anything, but I did expect an attempt to make it right. Not just “sorry we shared this with the local leadership and have a good day” Don’t think I will do business with this location ever again.

Ordered thru drive thru, I’m not from Cortez but I do enjoy my beef n cheddar sandwiches, BUT Arby’s Cortez did not put cheddar cheese sauce in my sandwiches when I came home from an hour drive and I was very disappointed, I d k if I’ll ever go there again.

The worst $30.00 I have spent in a long time. The 4 for 10 deal is what I ordered and the meat was dry and the buns were burnt and to top it off no napkins in a drive thru order. Ugh.. Do Better Arbys!!!!
