Place has gone completely downhill. Stopped in last night and bought food for the family. $30 bill, got home and half of my order was missing. I called down, the kid that answered said I remember making what you say is missing, there are only 2 of us here then hung up on me. Never again.

This was the best experience we’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Our food was ready mere seconds after ordering! Everything was hot and fresh and yummy. The staff working were very friendly, too. Plus, the dining area was very clean. Our only disappointment was that the shake machine was broken as we all were looking forward to Jamocha shakes. However, we would stop again in a heartbeat.

The cashier was so nice. All happy and cheery eyed. So that made things better. The food was good. Nice n hot. But my bun tasted and felt old. It was hard. But we all still ate. We were starving. But other then that it was good.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on a Friday, the staff was super friendly and fast. The manager was taking orders at the front and she was very helpful. She should be very proud of her staff they were busy but still in great spirits I could hear them helping one another in the drive thru like a true team should.

Curly fries were so dry, hard abd overcooked that I took them back. Husbands brisket sandwich was cold. I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich and it was several bites of thick dry bread and lettuce before finding a bit of the good stuff in the very middle. Shakes were good.

Do yourself a favor and avoid going inside to eat. This place needs a complete overhaul. The carpets were so gross I could feel them sticking to my shoes as I walked. The entire place was coated in grease, and the smell was even worse. We should have turned around and walked out, but my son’s heart was set on a roast beef sandwich. Sadly, the food was about as I expected from the atmosphere. I hope management can get in there and clean things up.

Normally my family loves Arby’s. Last night my husband took his mom and I there. The service was okay, they forgot our shakes and we had to ask for them. My MIL and I both ordered the Pecan Chx Salad sandwich, I had told her how wonderful it was so she was excited to try it. There was a huge wilted leaf of lettuce slapped on and hanging out sideways about an inch on two sides. We opened our sandwiches to fix the lettuce (mine was put together with the bread going in two different directions. There was a very small scoop of the chx salad in the center of the sandwich, not even enough to spread out across the bread. We were severely disappointed and I was embarrassed that I bragged it up for your business. My husband ordered the Reuben meal, and the sandwich put together in such a messy way that he couldn’t pick it up without it falling apart and making a bigger mess. I really hope the effort put into your meals improves before we decide to try again, as I only believe in 2nd chances, not 3rd!

If I could mark below a 1 I would! The manager and one of the employees was rude and swearing. The manager was cooking and got several orders wrong and got belligerent when we try to explain and the the other employee was throwing and screaming and swearing. Won’t be going back!
