Went through the drive thru, they forgot the chicken strips in the kids meal and the fries they gave us tasted like they were a day old. Normally we enjoy Arby’s, this was a disappointment, won’t be back.

I’m from Portland Oregon, and I’ve seen a lot of sexy things in my day. But tonight I’ve encountered the sexiest sandwich I think Sheridan Wyoming has to offer. And that was the sexy beef n cheddar the night crew on February 3rd served me at 7:05 pm. It made me feel like I was in a r&b song in the 90s. Sandwich was wetter than my a$$ on a humid North Carolina summer day. These boys put me on. Ask them for the beef n cheddar “and make it sexy”.

Dropped by since this location advertised a $10off a $30 purchase coupon in the Arby’s app. After ordering, was informed that “they don’t have a QR code scanner”. No effort was made to manually apply the discount. Ended up paying full price as we were on a long roadtrip and the wasted time was worth more than $10.

Really poor customer service provided by assistant manager. I have never in my life wrote a bad review. I went through Arbys drive through yesterday and a sandwich was forgotten. No biggie, I called and spoke with a young man and he told me to just come back at my convenience to get another one. Following day I go back and was drilled by the manager who stated my name was never wrote down for a sandwich. Never got a sandwich and was asked to leave.

Paid for chicken strips but didn’t receive them when going through the drive thru. Went back through the long line since the lobby door is locked only to be told that I did get the chicken strips. The girl on the speaker argued with me and insisted I had received my chicken strips. In all this trip cost me 45 min of valuable drive time all to be accused of lying about some chicken strips. Not to mention that I paid for food I never received. So who’s the liar/thief? Is it that hard to admit you possibly made a mistake? Is it that hard to drop some chicken strips in the fryer? The drive thru attendant was extremely combative and rude. Would never stop here again.
