We went to pick up a mobile order that had a regular shake in it, the older lady told us it would be about a 20-30min wait so i asked if we could substitute the shake. She said yes and we got a lemonade instead. She handed us the smallest size lemonade they had and i asked if we could get a large one to make up for the price difference. But she said they were the same price of 3.79! I thought that was wrong so after i pulled out i checked the price online and a small was 2.79. Kind of upset she didn’t give us a large for the inconvenience and especially since the large was the same price as the shake. Didn’t go back to correct it. Just maybe make sure employees know the prices of everything.

This was by far the worst experience we have had here. Today we waited in line for 20 mins before our order was taken. Only one person in front of us and three behind. Then we waited an extra 32 mins behind the truck in front of us. I watched him return his order FOUR times. Finally after a long yelling match between customer and employee, he left. We double checked our order and we were also missing more than a few items. She also handed me a half empty soda with no ice, which was alarming since it was her personal drinking cup and she apologized up and down about it. Just kind of gross and not worth cold food for the price. Don’t come here. There is a major disconnect and they can’t handle more than one order at a time. Nor can they get a simple or correct. Their hospitality is 0. It was a waste of my time and sadly you can’t leave the drive through with the barriers.

Horrible experience. It took over 10 minutes for them to take the order of the car in front on us and 5 minutes for them to take our order. If we weren’t trapped in line we would have left. They only could fill half the order because “we don’t got that right now”, no fries, no shakes, no ice cream. They had us pull around and wait for 1 wrap and 1 sandwich because they were making it fresh which will take some time. Which it did, also another 10 minutes. I would skip this location.

Usually I have no problems at this Arby’s and I love coming here, but today I got two turkey sliders and mozzarella sticks and everything was cold. I’m not sure if the mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked all the way, or if they were old and had been sitting out for a while. Usually the bread on the sliders are warm and soft, but the bread was cold and kind of hard and the turkey was super wet. I’m not sure what was going on today but I couldn’t even finish my food 🙁

Best drive-thru experience I have ever had.. the kind girl running the drive-thru that night was just AWESOME!! Her attitude was contagious….and we could use more of that kind of attitude in this world we currently live in today… and the Hawaiian roll fish sandwich was delicious..it is currently the best place in town to eat. Management seems just as friendly! Thank you for wonderful service ❤
