We were in the drive through tonight 7/14 and the service was AMAZING! We were lucky to meet the coolest worker who freestyle rapped for us in the window and really was cool! We hope to see him again when we stop by! We are only in town for baseball tournaments but this was the best thing that happened to us all weekend! Keep it real man! Pleasant enough experience. Fish sandwich was delicious, but priced higher than advertised on TV. Restaurant was fairly clean inside, but the chairs and benches were very uncomfortable. Employees were professional and polite. Will probably stick with drive thru though.

Took around 20 minutes to get my French dip thrown into a bag with hair on it. My wife went in to get a refund and they let her stand at the counter for 15 minutes! Then when she finally spoke up and requested service she got attitude and was treated poorly. Will NOT go back until management is changed my wife noticed while she was attempting to get a refund that the fry warmer was off, the au jus warmer was off, and the kitchen area was disgusting with grease on every surface. I’d also like to mention that another customer drove off after paying without getting anything I guess he got tired of waiting because he was only two cars behind me and was still waiting by the time we came back for our refund. What a disgusting disappointment.

They always take long here. You can put an order in like I did and hour and a half before and still have to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare it. They are so slow. I’m a patient person but it’s ridiculous now.

I ordered the fish and upgraded to curly fries. The fish tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The fries were not that great very small pieces substandard grade.

I’ve ordered their French dip 2 times and they always forget to put the actual dip ( juice) in the bag. This is not a French dip, and then when I call to complain they never answer phone.

For a place that is for customers their customer skills stink. The inside of building was dirty floor in kitchen had food on floor tables needed cleaned and had a young kid to go clean the tables. They were rude to a customer when she came back in because her food had no sauce on the buns. Just really rude should of been a little bit nicer. I was picking up an order for Door Dash wound up waited a while for the order. This is why I don’t like eating at Arby’s hardly. The people aren’t friendly.

Be aware that if you place a mobile order to the Burley store and they run out of roast beef and can not make the items that were ordered, you will not be refunded the money that you paid through the Arby’s app. What a disappointing experience. Arby’s profits from a customer paying for an order and then not having to provide the product.

I’ve been here 20 times in the last few months and the girls up front always look either sad or angry. They never address you until the last minute, never say hello, or thanks for choosing them or greet you when you come in like they should. Have gotten at least one thing in my order wrong every time. Did the remodel sap the customer service quality?
