We had to wait extra due to waiting for fries and someone had to re make a double cheese. The guy up front offered a free milkshake. So yes the service here was awesome that day. He didn’t have to offer it but did to apologize for the wait

Still in the parking lot waiting for my food. Apparently they no longer have the breakfast menu but I couldn’t get an answer from the person on the speaker so now I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for a single chicken slider. The guy at the window was literally filthy and crusted with food all over his shirt, don’t know why I bothered to give Arby’s another chance doesn’t matter location always a horrendous disappointment. Add 15 minutes the food arrived don’t know why it took so long for something that they poorly microwaved. Even the bun is scorching hot from being in the microwave so long. Avoid at all cost.

I’ve tried the drive thru 3-4 times over the last couple months, food is stale, and expect to wait minimum of 20 mins in line. Keep hoping it will get better, done trying.

Who’s got the meat? NOT this Arby’s! My husband had the new wagu with bacon… we thought it was the wrong item until he opened it up… seems “shrinkflation” has hit Arby’s too. So disappointing that it’s actually dismal. The only saving grace is their curly fries and 3-pepper sauce. The lemonade has a tinny, artificial taste to it too. Awful experience.

They got the order wrong to begin with and then when we got the correct food it looked as though they had thrown it around a bit or something with how sloppy it was. Plus, the amount 9f lettuce that is on the picture for their burgers, is not EVEN CLOSE to the few strands of shredded lettuce you get. Also, don’t think they will say something like “thank you” when you politely remind them that they forgot to charge you for an item they gave you. They will instead just take your money and look at you with an annoyed expression for them failing to do their jobs in so many ways. The food doesn’t taste good enough to deal with employees like that ever again.
