We dined in. Lots of drive thru traffic so the dine in service was a little slow compared to non-lunch hour service. Food was just what Arby’s is kown for. Service was polite and professional.

Had finished ordering, and was paying, when whom was either an off duty co worker or close friend walked in with coffee and started chatting up the guy taking my order. Felt super unprofessional to be having a random conversation. And then, another assumed co worker off duty was screwing around with the same 2 workers and tossed his soda all over the floor – and my leg – whatever accidents happen. But he didn’t acknowledge it, none of the employees working who saw it acknowledged it. He did go get the mop and clean the floot up at least. The entire interaction was super awful.

Ordered two Wagyu burgers. Food was not hot. Pretty sure one burger wasn’t wagyu because patty was so much smaller. No way I’m ever paying Arby’s $8 for a burger again. Totally not worth it.

I have mixed feelings. The food was *okay*. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The manager, however, was a bit distracting. During the duration of our visit we could hear her berating the employees to do better. Granted they were also a bit distracted by each other. Over all 7.3/10

Went to arby’s on 5/13/23. I always get the roast beef sandwiches. Never had an issue with The food there. Decided to get a crispy chicken sandwich. It looks good when I opened it out of the wrapper. I started eating it. Halfway through I noticed in my mouth that the chicken was weird. Immediately spit it out. 1/2 of it was uncooked Chicken. Within an hour got horrible vomiting Stomach cramps. All the signs of food poisoning from raw chicken. I don’t think I will be eating there for a very long time after the trauma I went through. I hope people find this review and maybe check their chicken sandwich before eating like I did.

I spent over an hour in the drive through waiting for my food I got a French dip with curly fries and mozzarella come to find out I didn’t even get my au ju sauce and there there was only TWO people working like WHAT with how busy it was that shouldn’t have been a thing you should have closed. More people asked for refunds than paying so you lost money and food. I could have saved and hr of my life not in that line. So unprofessional and those two need a raise

I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss and did not get any bacon on my sandwich. My drink was not filled up all the way, I know it’s hard to get full, full but it was missing more than a small amount. The people were friendly but I felt like maybe understaffed?

HORRIBLE service! At least 6 employees “working” but only 2 were actually doing anything. Waited 10 minutes after I paid to get my order, which was 4 regulars. Then she forgot the napkins and condiments. This pace has been getting worse and worse.
