The order taker at the drive-thru was amazing. She was friendly and helpful. When I got home with my food I found the order was missing an item, which we had paid for. It was too far away to return for our missing item, so we had to adjust.

Went there for a gyro and a hamburger. The hamburger was undercooked and the gyro was cold and bread was still partially frozen. The staff at the window was nice though. Please cook your food throughly prior to serving.

Went in for lunch. 1st off, no ketchup? None in the pump dispenser or even little packets. Then, no Coke. Coke dispenser was diet Coke. What fast food service has no ketchup and no Coke, and still in business? There is an Albertson’s grocery store literally IN YOUR PARKING LOT! Pretty sure the owner doesn’t realize the incompetent people they have working here. Do better!

I came Friday on my lunch and ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich and a loaded Mac and cheese. When I got back to work I noticed the sandwich was wrong. I couldn’t go back as I only has enough time left to eat so I called and got the voice-mail. I left a message letting them know I got the wrong sandwich in my order and never heard back. The sandwich was roast beef and what looked like mayo so I figured I’d just eat it anyways as I was hungry and wasted $13 and couldn’t go back for the correct one. The sauce was actually horse radish or something equally disgusting. Which left me with the mac and cheese. The container says to mix throughly before eating which I did and wish I hadn’t. The cheese tasted off but was now unfortunately all over the chicken and bacon. Thanks for reminding me why I don’t waste my money here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Besides the food being actual garbage the price you pay for just about everything is astounding.

Absolutely miserable. I’m a very patient and soft spoken person but this was ridiculous. They completely skipped us the first time (we’d waited 30 mins by now) and then 20 minutes later we got food that was cold and the staff was rude and bitter. I can’t even begin with this.
