Got home French dip and fries were cold. Then there was no juice for the French dips. I will not go back there, service was horrible and it isn’t a play area, it should be a good customer service area. Beware the service goes down constantly.

Food is good, people are nice. But good luck getting anything extra you ask for (sauce, napkins, straws, etc.) I asked for arby’s sauce 3 separate times during my drive- through experience, and was asked to remind them at the window as well. Still received no sauce even though my food was handed to me less than 20 seconds after my 3rd time asking for it.

We went here today for the free sandwich after the jazz scored over 111 points last night. Not only do we love this deal, but the worker at the Kaysville drive threw was so fun, kind, and excited to see us when she didn’t have to be. It made our day.

Stopped in to pickup an online order yesterday, and the staff was SO friendly! I felt so appreciated as a customer and the manager (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) in particular was, so, so friendly! We stopped in here on a long road trip so that we could use the restroom and I ended up ordering an Arby’s Roast Beef sandwich meal. The food came out very quickly and the sandwich was delicious! I really like Arby’s roast beef, and this experience at this restaurant was great! I would stop at this restaurant again the next time I was needing some good fast food and a restroom break.
