Their food is good and on a delivery order they did a good job of substituting unavailable items but they forgot the fries, which is the one reason I picked Arby’s. Which it happens, but last week went through the drive through and they forgot the apple juice in the kids meals. Hence the four stars instead of 5. The food is great the service is great, but mistakes on orders lost them the star.

I came to get dinner for my family on Sunday 7/2. When I got home I noticed I was missing a chicken tender, which isn’t much of a problem to me, people make mistakes so I went back to get my chicken as well as order an 8 piece jalapeño popper. when I got up to the window I was accused of lying which was a little frustrating and a bit rude but still understandable the name on the receipt was Fernanda. when I got home I realized I only got a medium fry when I ordered a large as well as I only got a 4 piece jalapeño popper instead of the 8 piece I ordered this was very frustrating and disappointing. I’m a very understanding person who also works in fast food so I would usually never write a review or even be upset at a situation like missing an item but this was a little over board considering how much of my order was messed up.

I admittedly expected my order to be wrong and to have poor service when I saw how the server was dressed and his general appearance. I was promptly put in my place, by not only having great food, but also above and beyond service when I had to wait a few minutes for my food. Super humbling for me and a good reminder, as always, not to judge a book by it’s cover.

I’m not sure why but everytime I have gotten food from this location the roast beef has been sliced thicker than normally expected from Arby’s and for me it absolutely ruined the sandwich. I’m not saying it’s a huge deal but for me it made it not enjoyable and it’s happened multiple times from this location. Arby’s is one of my favorite and I’ve never run into this at the other location that I normally go to. I have nothing else bad to say about this location I just wish they would slice their meat as thin as the other Arby’s all seem to. It’s silly but it does change the texture of the sandwich and I don’t enjoy it. Everything else is great but I think I will just stick to another location when I want Arby’s again.

Waited more than 10 minutes to get my old, dried out chicken patty on the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. Gross! You’d think they could have cooked something fresh while I waited so long. I didn’t have anything else to eat during my lunch break (or time to get a greasy sandwich) so I had to eat most of it any way (and threw some of it away).

I come here because it’s conveniently close to my house, however almost everytime I come here the food is not fresh. It tastes like it’s been sitting for a long time. I understand working in the fast food industry is a drag but there’s a duty to serve hot food that is paid for.

This Arby’s does NOT have the meats! Only go to this location every now and then and it seems like portions keep shrinking. For a $6 sandwich I would suspect to get more than 3/4 cups, (yes I measured), of chicken salad. Guess this is a great example of marketing vs reality! I order from other Arby’s and get a full amount. If you want to be hungry afterword go here, or else go somewhere else. Not even worth the convenience of being close.

It was a great place to grab a meal. The whole store has been remodeled and is very nice inside, on par with some expensive steak houses I’ve been in, so I’d go back here. Service was good and staff was upbeat.
