I got the beef and brisket and my girlfriend got the crispy buffalo wrap with loaded fries. My sandwich was absolutely cold after a 2 minute drive back to our house (definitely shouldn’t have been cold). We had to go back through the drive thru because they forgot to give us half our order. They still had forgotten all the sauces we ordered and when I ordered a large drink, they gave us smalls and said they were out of large cups. They still charged us for large and wouldn’t refund us or compensate in some way. Normally I wouldn’t care over that but with everything wrong, it was irritating. Do not recommend

Change your fryer oil everything you make here in that oil tastes disgusting because it’s outdated and nasty! Got food here just the other day and had to spit the fries out because they were disgusting tasted like rancid frying oil….

Set a time I’ve been to this restaurant in two weeks order number three large I forgot my fries both times and I also ordered a large Java shake and they only gave me a medium saying that’s all they had. Are used to go here once a week for over a year and a half spread time on my job site was close by. I think I am no longer going to go to this place. No sense in these mistakes to keep happening.

Food was good. The floor is sticky, the tables are filthy. Attitude of staff is very apathetic to the state of their restaurant. The employees are using their personal Bluetooth speakers to playing music so loud that you cannot hear the overhead music. Employees are mopping around the chairs and not cleaning underneath tables. I HIGHLY doubt I’ll ever be eating in-restaurant again.
