The people at the window were very nice and we have been here a few times. The food isn’t always the best but today it was just awful! By the time my husband and I got to the middle of our chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches it was 100% pink, it was not done at all!

So I came in and ordered 3 meals take out using the $6 meal coupon. And I also ordered a cheddar cup. When I get home I discover that there was no cheddar cup and that I was also charged $6.20 for each meal instead of the $6 as the coupon stated . I understand that it’s only a $1 difference I am out but it’s the point of getting the order correct and charging the correct price .

We went there for dinner after baseball practice. It was about 20 minutes before their lobby closed. Both bathrooms were closed for cleaning. About half way through our meal, my 8 year old needed to use the bathroom, and he couldn’t hold it. The guy was done cleaning the bathrooms, but kept them closed. I asked to see if my son could use the bathroom and they told us no. We had to run to Walmart halfway through our meal so my son didn’t pee his pants. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t let us use the bathroom. Horrible customer service.

It was terrible. Cashier acted like he was somewhere else. I know brisket is fatty but I couldn’t eat mine. I asked if I could have a small roast beef instead and was told no because I are over half. I will never go back again

The man that took our order was very hard to hear. Usually I would have assumed it was due to the microphone or speaker. However as we pulled away he started speaking very loudly with the other in the kitchen. Our order wasn’t correct and we had to ask for them to fix a few items.
