They were out of a lot of their menu items, and what they did have lacked a lot of the stuff that would normally be on whatever you would order at any other Arby’s. They were slow to bring out my order even though they were not busy. There was only one other customer in there besides me, and their drive-through seemed pretty light. They definitely do not meet Arby’s standards.

27 min from the time I ordered a #4 to the time I received it. Fries were hot and way over salted. 3 people ordered after I did and received their food before I did. Young guy running the cash register didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Not very polite either. Out of ketchup, napkins, curly fries, and half the drinks were straight carbonated water. It would be a nice location to open a fast food place. I hate here both times…. First and Last!

We had kind of a big order and ordered online. We went when the pick up time said but it wasn’t ready yet. No big deal. As we waited though it was amazing at how the truckers/ maybe locals treated these young people working and doing their best. When we got our food back to where we were staying, in honeyville, everything was great and made right. Good job to those employees. Sorry for all the rude people.

Ordered a sandwich. They had a label with my changes on the top so I figured it was fine. Got home, they didn’t add lettuce to it. Which is part of the main build of the sandwich. Then I go back to have it corrected, they take the messed up sandwich, look at it with the wrapper saying what it was and the changes. They throw it away and come ask what my changes were again and then still ask me about the lettuce, which is exactly why I brought it back. Not super friendly about it, not sure why as they are the ones that messed it up? I said when I came in that it was missing lettuce and they still went “so you don’t want the lettuce?” I DO THATS WHY I CAME BACK. Made a new one but the customer service today was not good at all. Do better?

They’re always out of everything. Poor management I think. Teenage workers just don’t care and are more concerned with their phones than anything. They were even out of napkins at 10:30 in the morning. Out of marinara sauce and multiple menu items.

“We don’t have the meats” is what the slogan should be at this Arby’s. I dread going every time. What are they going to be out of this time? I ask myself. My favorite was when they said we don’t have any roast beef or curly fries. THAT IS WHAT YOUR FAMOUS FOR!!! Or when they just close the whole place for no workers showing up. Out of 3 different sodas was the case this time. The embarrassment in this town used to be Dennys. With that out of the picture Arby’s will be the next to close its doors.

One of the worst flipping arbys you’ll ever go to! you wait too long the service sucks and they cheat you on the portion size on anything you order there has always been some kind of grab ass games going on because they hire irresponsible kids to run the place it’s surprising to me that they haven’t pissed off a truck driver bad enough that someone hasn’t put their 18 wheeler through the restaurant!

Waited 20 minutes until I seen another person that I was ahead of receive there order. I asked when my order would be ready they said haven’t even started on it,was only two simple items fish sandwichand a wrap.. I then asked for my money back with no apologies at all. Stay away from arbys tremonton utah.
