me and my grandfather came here because he was excited to try the burger. we got here and waited over 4 minutes to have our order taken when we were the only people inside. the only reason they took our order is because i got their attention and asked them to take our order. we got our food and i was kind of disappointed. the fries were good. the burgers, not so much. my burger was not warm. i got a bacon ranch burger and there was hardly any ranch and more lettuce than there was burger. after i took some off and added ketchup, it was a little better. i wanted to ask for another cup of cheese sauce so i went up to ask. i waited another 3 minutes for someone to notice me while it showed they had no current orders to be working on. as i was writing this review, another customer had a problem with their order. they didn’t receive a drink and two of their fries. this place is honestly not very put together.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Waited forever in the drive thru, ordered 2 items. Waited at the window forever, they asked again what we ordered to double check. Then had us pull forward and after several minutes brought out the wrong food. So if you don’t mind paying a lot to waste time, this is your place.

The people that work at my local Arby’s always get my order wrong whenever I order! Other than the service we get most the time, Arby’s is still a great place! I just hope I can get my wagyu burger without problems!

Went at noon for lunch. Lobby was closed with no signs saying such. Tried drive thru and no one answered or took orders. Saw 2 cars there (assuming employees) and lights on inside but no way to actually get any food. Poor excuse for a “fast food” place. Shut it down if you can’t operate and let some place in to the location that actually cares and wants to do business.

Ordered a large lemonade. Received a medium. When I asked to verify this, I was told they changed the sizes, even though I could see the large cup I was used to sitting on the counter. Very displeased. Won’t ever order another drink from there.

Slow service, got my online order wrong; gave me 4 Greek gyros instead of roast beef gyros. Waited several minutes for replacement food. Gyros didn’t have dressing on them, no knapkins, extra sauce, nothing besides cold sandwiches

Lobby isn’t a open is the only store around here that has the lobby closed it’s sad the the other arbys on 12th is and no sign indicating that the lobby is closed and everytime I come here I always see the white dude with tattoos always yell or arguing with costumers and the female manager doesn’t do anything about this there will be a bad review everyday until the lobby is open I’ve worked in fast food for over 10 years and it’s sad how this location is!
