When I went there for lunch and pulled up and the guy taking my order was great and very patient. The problem was when I went to the window and my card declined which the lady told me, after trying my card twice, and so I said give me a second to check my account. She then told me it didn’t matter if I checked my account or not that it wouldn’t go through because it said insufficient funds and if I couldn’t pay to leave because I was “holding up the line” now mind you there was one person behind me who had just barely pulled up as she said this. She didn’t even let me look at my account to see what the problem was.

Very helpful staff. While we were deliberating three different employees asked if we were ready to order. When we were ready, they told us they were out of roast beef! (They did not “have the meats”) Not a big problem, but I wish someone had told us while we were still deciding.

It was a rough experience. I went there tonight around 9:30pm and I had to wait for about 3 mins for someone to come on the speaker to take my order in the drive thru. While I was waiting, I saw some guy that was just chillen in his truck, jump out and go in the back of the store. They were out of 3 different things I was trying to order for myself and friends. When I got to the Window that guy who was just chillen in his truck was the one making my food. Idk if he was the only cook or what. When I paid, I then had to pull up and wait another 5 mins or more for my food to be done. Do not recommend this Arby’s.

Had to listen to empolyees loudly complain about having to make someone’s large order while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I don’t think the empolyees are used to anyone dining in the dining room, only drive thru. People can hear you.

The guy that was preparing our food was blowing on the wrappers that out sandwiches were going in, and as he was preparing another order he had the bread laid out, reached above the table and laid his stomach on it. All around the grossest place I’ve ever been to.
