I’ve never had a bad Arby’s roast beef sandwich until I went to this place, waiting 5 minutes for someone to take your order when you’re the only one there. Roast beef seemed and tasted like it was not cooked. I don’t recommend this place.

What a surprise! I ordered Roast Beef and got mystery meat. It looked bad, it smelled bad, and it tasted worse. I don’t think dog food could’ve been worse. When did they change the recipe ? I can’t go back, ever.

I was at the Spanish Forks Arbys on July 26, 2019. We ordered our meal a beef and cheddar and a crispy chicken sandwich. I ordered a drink as well. There was no ice in the machine. Informed the girl at the front she acted like she said something nothing was done. When I went to pick up the food I asked for ice. I formed the gentleman who appeared to be the manager and asked for ice. This man acted annoyed that I would ask for ice for my drink in which I got very little. We took our food to go. When I inspected my sandwich the bun was burned and the chicken was over cooked. I also ordered a triple chocolate cookie in which it tasted like cardboard. I did not finish my meal. I have never been so disgusted by food and I love my Arby’s crispy chicken sandwich!
