We went to Arby’s on Dixie Drive this evening. We ordered two roast beef with cheddar and bacon two orders of fries and two drinks. The lobby was clean and organized. Our food was delivered to us quickly and was actually delivered to our table which surprised me. We had the crinkle cut fries and they were hot and delicious. The only negative was the bacon on the roast beef sandwiches was a little bit like cardboard but otherwise the flavor was good. In a time of difficulty to hire employees we were pleasantly surprised.

I went thru the drive-thru today at the Dixie drive location, and I’m not sure exactly the gentleman’s name who took our order, but he was dressed like a manager. Very nice bald man with a mustache. Anyhow, he was very polite and friendly. All I ordered was a single sandwich. And when he gave me my order, he also presented me and my passenger with a free cup of ice water. It was very hot outside, and I m very thankful for this mans generosity. Whoever you were.. Thank You. Best service I’ve ever had at a drive-thru. They should give you a healthy pay raise.

French dips seemed extra bulky, au jus did not seem as flavorful. Less beef seasoning. Their caramel cinnamon shake, free fry Tuesdays was worth the stop though.

Went to drive thru and told since we had coupons we couldn’t order over the speaker and had to order at the window so coupons could be verified. So now just because you have a coupon you have to wait in line just to get to the window and then order after they verify your coupons. Lol. And then wait some more for your food. Almost humorous if it wasn’t so ridiculous

Newish store, about a year old. Very typical Arby’s, food okay but far from great. Fries were lukewarm and the sandwich had a reasonable amount of meat but not overflowing. Probably won’t rush back Store very clean, plenty of parking.

If you go here make sure you check your receipt. I was over charged for a kids meal. The “kid” at the window said a kids meal drink is an extra cost of $2.79. They should be included. I check my receipt and it clearly says kids drink with the kids meal. I paid almost $10 for my 3 yr olds meal. So ridiculous. I tried to call numerous times and no one answered. I wanted to let the manager know so maybe the kid at the window can get better training. Good thing I didn’t order for my whole family. They also weren’t even busy when I went.

We paid way more than any other Arby’s location just for them to screw up most of our order. I asked for a LARGE double beef and cheddar meal. The lady at the drive thru even read that back to me. Guess what? I got a SMALL meal with no sandwich. Just the drink and fries. Absolutely wild. Whats even worse is that this used to be a decent location not too long ago. If you’re in the mood for Arby’s, just go to the one on Bluff street.
