Worst manager, fighting with me over 2 pieces of chicken nuggets for a kids meal. Just because I ask for a soda refill. She did it on purpose, because as soon as I went inside the restaurant she said she counted the chicken nuggets like she knew why I was in there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is shady at best and my photos offer a glimpse into what it’s like there. Your options are very strong in this area so you kind of have to suck it up and deal with a plethora of horrible options and customer service in this entire area of town. Seems like the curly fries are always steaming hot which is a bonus considering all the rest.

Was hard to hear the speaker at the drive thru. Young Hispanic girl at the drive thru was very snotty, saw her roll her eyes at not pay attention to what she was doing lid on drink was not on properly. She asked if I wanted any condiments I asked for ketchup. Food wasn’t ready so told to move to front of store opened the bag no napkins Or ketchup. She made a nasty remark about the vehicle behind me. Maybe she had a bad day not sure but don’t like rude and arrogant towards customers.

Ordered the ribeye sandwich, picked up thru drive thru. Parked and opened up sandwich. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Meat was old and crusty. I returned sandwich and talked to manager. She gave me a refund. I explained that it was old meat and all they did was microwave meat and sandwich. She said meat was precooked already but they had to re heat it. Also asked for a soda with no ice and they didn’t even have it on the soda fountain. Poured warm soda from a 2 liter bottle. Very sad. No communication about the soda been warm, cmon. I will never go back to Arby’s ever again. I’ve been going to Arby’s since the 1970’s. Talk about a Never want to go there again feeling. So Disappointing.

I went to this location on my lunch break because I usually love arbys gyros. I ordered a gyro meal with roast beef. Who ever was taking my order was having another conversation with an employee so he didn’t hear me and asked to repeat the order twice. I said roast beef three times while ordering and they still found a way to mess it up. Then when I get to the window the employees are having a conversation about puke and vomit while I’m sitting there in the widow waiting for my order. The cherry on top is the obviously old and rotten lettuce. I will never go to this location again.
