The buns were not as soft and fresh as they should have been. Fry portions were small. I know it’s had to get curly fries in a container but put some extra on the tray to make up for it. Arby’s sauce is still tasty!

I willingly no longer eat here. And while l get the whole out of control inflationary factor, the excessively high cost of thier food is simply not worth the unrealistic prices they demand. I refuse to eat here without a coupon. Oddly the sandwich bread is ALWAYS stale, hard and dry which transforms an otherwise tasty sandwich into an overpriced POS.

Went thru the drive-thru this evening, Sunday, August 13th, at approximately 9 o’clock pm., in Catalina. There was no waiting and the service was wonderful. The associate on duty was very diligent to make sure that I had everything I needed. Service was quick, efficient and my food was Hot!

We had the 2 for $7 cheddar beef and roast beef sandwiches which were good and pretty filling and also tried a buffalo chicken slider….which was really good. Will order just the sliders next time.

This place is the absolute worst. Its worth it to just go to the other location down by Magee. I’ve been served multiple times with meat that was sliced incorrectly and it absolutely ruins the taste of the whole sandwich. They overprice all their items, don’t honor any coupons and their staff is FULL of complete jerks. I witnessed their MANAGER throwing a milkshake in the trash like a complete child because I received a birthday coupon for it to be free and they said they wouldn’t honor it, which is whatever because they are an individually owned franchise that can make their own rules and prices, but I’m not going to pay for something that I didn’t really want in the first place when I thought it would be free. Its disgusting how they treat their customers.

I went into redeem my free medium shake for my birthday and they said that they don’t do that. I ordered the new prime rib cheese steak sandwich and it was very tasty but the guy at the counter didn’t seem to know what to do when the food came up. He just left it laying there in the bin. Not looking for the person waiting for it. And there were only three customers in the store. And while I sat down to eat, I think it was the young guy at the counter was talking so loudly all the time to no one except his co-workers. I would rather eat in peace and I appreciate when a counter worker pays attention to me. The service was only mediocre.
