No good customer service. Food was decent. I ordered a chicken wrap and the tortilla was dry and brittle and the bacon was old and tough. Just ate the chicken out of the wrap, so for 7 bucks I was disappointed with the meal

Manager is extremely rude! Asked to get ice in my cup. She said no ma’am with much ugliness & then said no ice in outside cups, even though I had placed an order. Most of the time she’s just leaning on the counter. Other employees are nice, but they are learning from her by just standing around. Store needs cleaning. Much to do there, no one should be standing around!

When people order something it is because that is what they want so when the wrong sauce or no sauce is given it sometimes makes it unappetizing. I ordered 2 beef n cheddar with arbys sauce (because you have to have a decent amount of arbys sauce to make it good) and was given something called a bronco sauce? Then tried calling resturaunt numerous times with no answer.

When you’re in drive-through, the best thing you could do is listen. Forget about everything else that’s going on around you what’s happening in your life or what’s happening in the restaurant and you focus on the person in the drive-through questions, the best that you can and if you’re still not sure, ask them anyways intell u understand. I just wanted simple red sauce on my classic or my roast beef and cheddar, minus the cheese. Either way I asked for damn sauce simple simple. ……lmfao just read the other review underneath mine and realizing that Arby’s has a sauce problem don’t recommend going they don’t get it

My family and I were out of town visiting a natural cave and we stopped for lunch at Arby’s because I wanted the new fish sandwich. It was the most tasteless sandwich I have ever had in my life! I also tried using my credit card and their reader would not take it which obviously upset the cashier badly. This was not my fault but I apologized several times for her inconvenience. But she didn’t care about mine. Don’t believe I will be going into another Arby’s for a good long while.

Undoubtedly my worst fast food restaurant experience ever! Nevermind the flies everywhere in the dining room, our food took near 20 minutes, then was warm (not hot), and prepared wrong in every way. I won’t even bring up the poor quality… The worst was the staff locked us in because they were short-staffed. Another customer called the police because after that occurance, they would not return their money (before food was given). Disgusted!!
