Prices went up, size went down. I used to love the coffee shake there and it was a big cup compared to McDonald’s. Now, the coffee shake tastes like a chocolate shake and the large is not nearly as big. Disappointing. AND they got rid of the potato cakes! Those were my favorite.

Slow service thus time around but tge food was good so I would say it’s a win. Employees need to be cautious about what they are doing/saying especially when the lobby only has 2 couples eating and someone ordering at the counter.

Horrible Arbys!!!! Worse than north las vegas!!! Went in to get 2 chicken sandwiches. Took about half hour to get them. Sandwiches were cold and made sloppy and very bad tasting. Paid 79 cents for onions on my sandwiches and only got 2 tiny rings put on sandwiches.I ended up throwing sandwiches out. Cook was throwing Sandwiches on to holding window and sanwich wrappers were opening up and sandwhiches were getting cold. Stood and waited while my sandwiches got cold and no one packed them.why was he throwing the sandwhiches???????????? Manager was standing right in front as he was throwing Sandwiches and he allowed that!!!! What a freaking nightmare this place is!!!!! I will never come here again ever after what I saw. I took photos as I watched this and regretted coming here. Everything about this place is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The workers need to really clean up their act!!!

Sadly spent thirty five dollars for 3burgers one regularfry and onecurly fry. All were very cold and was told to pull up of the drive through window and waited ten minutes just for that cold Expensive food. And manager was just trying to save time in the drive-through which there was no one. There management needs to be betrayed or removed and replaced with new management do not recommend. Possible food poisoning from serving cold meat to customers do not recommend

Usually love getting the roast beef french dip but the last time we were there they were OUT of roast beef……! So we left. The place was not as clean as it should be too!! The woman’s restroom was awful and you can’t close and lock the doors without a struggle!!!!! Not happy with this Boulder Blvd location in Henderson!!!

Absolutely awful!! Came in with my family, Ordered beef and cheddar meal large, they didn’t even fill the curly fries all the way and my beef and cheddar sandwhich wasn’t toasted so it tasted gross and soggy because we had to wait forever for my family’s order because they were waiting on the roast beef sandwhich and then they didn’t even notice that they needed to put down crinkle cut fries so we had to wait for that so we were wait for possibly 20-30 minutes! And then the roast beef slider with jalapeño, the jalapeños were stale and didn’t taste right. Management needs to step up their game with their employees. The guy behind the line with Blue/green hair making the food was very unprofessional, slow and didn’t know what he was doing! Never coming to this Arby’s again!

BEWARE! They rip people off. I went there are few days ago and was surprised at the price increase on the drive-thru menu for a Beef’n’Cheddar combo—$9.29. Since I had already driven out of my way craving Arby’s, I just ordered it.

Drive thru. We had classic roast beef and the beef and brisket sandwiches. Both good. Brisket was a bit spicy. Mac and cheese tasty macaroni could have been a tad less al dente. Cherry turnover seemed more like cherry gel than any actual cherries
