New and very clean store. Staff was friendly and promptly greeted us. Food was fresh and very tasty. Music was a little loud to be able to carry a conversation over our meal; however, the young man at the counter turned it down a bit when we requested. Ample parking. Very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend.

Brand new store very crowded. I went through the drive-through 25 minute wait but that’s OK but when I got my order they shorted me one roast beef sandwich and no horsey sauce and by the way they charge $4.59 for a small milkshake, I was told by the gal they raise their prices already in three days since they’ve been open, not a happy camper. Once the hype dies down, McDonald’s will be back in business full swing.

I have been here a couple of times, and the story is always the same. The people who work here are great. Onpoint for service. The problem is the food. Whoever cooks the meats for this company needs to rework the recipe. It really isn’t that good. Last time I ordered some sliders and not only was the meat cold but very poorly seasoned. I have had some amazing smoked meat before but for some reason Arby’s is sub par. I don’t know if it’s just this location or all of them but I wouldn’t recommend people to stop here if there is anything else available.

The cashier was clearly very nervous but the four meals we ordered came out exactly as ordered and tasted great. My mom works there and pretty much every employee there is new to working at an Arby’s, communication between supervisors and employees was not great first few days as a bunch of managers/supervisors from other locations or corporate where there too and nobody told anybody the same thing. Considering all that they did quite well imo.

These guys can’t seem to get a single one of my orders right. I’ve always loved their roast beef, and the customer service of the CSRs is not the problem. Just the fact they can’t put cheese on or mayo off that seems to be the issue. They are fairly new so hopefully they’ll work all the kinks out eventually

This is my first time trying Arby’s at this location and I tried their Crispy Chicken Wrap which is so good. If you are looking for a good chicken wrap, this is the place to go to especially most other places don’t have it. The employees are also friendly.
