The guy who took our order even brought the food over to our table when it was ready instead of me having to go up to the counter to get it… completely unexpected and very pleasantly surprised! $36 later and I am still super hungry. Arby’s really disappointed me today between the cold, stale food, and incorrect items I will not be returning anytime soon. This evening I ordered food for my family. I ordered myself a roast beef gyro with double meat. I was given a cold gyro (normally the meat is warmed) with no seasoning. There was only the standard amount of meat on my gyro meaning Arby’s was gifted $2 for something I didn’t receive. It was super dry too. We ordered the new Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib Sandwich in the meal. It had less meat on it than a slider and less sauce than you’d find in a standard ketchup packet. Did I mention this was COLD too. Since we ordered it in the meal we ordered a drink that should be a large size but this Arby’s really likes to stick it to you by charging $5.99 for a cup of lemonade that would be medium at best at other fast food establishments. It was over half filled with ice making the actual beverage itself non-existent. I also ordered a loaded fries and not to my surprise there was only 3 small chicken pieces in it. This is very disappointing. I have never had such crummy food from this Arby’s but it’s clear to me that their employees didn’t give their best efforts tonight. Arby’s where is the meat, where is your quality control?

I don’t know what happened here. I think I would have rather eaten the $14 in cash. Would have been better. This place was good a couple months ago. Now they serve stale pita bread broken in 4 pieces in what the call a gyro. Charge for double meat but don’t give it to you. The new rib meat sandwich has been reheated in the microwave at least 4 times before selling it cold and with no sauce whatsoever. $6 for a tiny cup filled with ice and a splash of lemonade. 2 bites of chicken in their $7 loaded fries. Almost no meat at all in the sliders. I really liked this place and it’s gone to hell. There was this Queen song that should have been titled “Carson City”. It goes …”another one bites the dust”.

Food is always great portions tend to suck when it comes to frys,, I ordered a large and got a medium in a large container. Happens all the time. Its like their subtle way of saying I’m fat and shouldn’t be asking for a large.

We waited inside for 10 minutes without being waited on. Crew too busy with drive in orders. A guy came out and ignored us took others orders got our order wrong . They apparently didn’t care about anything. Meat tasted rancid. I ordered fries but didn’t get. Orange shake was great! Not worth $$ or time.

We ordered 2 Wagyu Steakhouse burgers & 2 orders curly fries to go. This was the WORST burger & fries I have EVER had!!! The meat looked over cooked like it was leftover from lunch 4 hours ago. The fries were also overcooked & the whole meal was cold!! My dog wouldn’t even eat any of it! I will never get anything there again…. This is not the first bad meal I have got there (just didn’t complain before). Give me back my $18

Needed a quick lunch in between appointments, thought we’d grab a burger and fries. Wait time in drive through is horrible (they did have signs for “hiring”), car ahead of us left before getting to the order pole. Still took about 25 mins to get food and get rolling. Usually park in parking lot to eat, but this location just puts you out onto the road straight from drive thru lane, which, this time we needed to go anyway because it was going to take about 25mins to get to where we needed to go and we were already about 10mins behind being stuck in the lane.

Our order was half correct. I received nothing that I had ordered. We ordered, and were charged for large milkshakes but received medium, I ordered bar b que, a chicken and a beef but received neither. Instead, I received a regular chicken and a jalapeño roast beef. The service was non descript. Not a welcome, not a “have a good day ” only told us how much we owed, took the money and closed the window.

My sandwich was a bit messy and just thrown together, Arby’s and cheese sauce were off to one side, leaking out while the other half didn’t have sauce at all. All in all, for being understaffed, they were trying hard and had a good attitude. The dining room and restrooms were clean considering the amount of staff they had compared to the amount of business.

We’ve had a great experience every time we’ve been. Customer service is on point and the food is great as well. We had the pleasure of having Chase as our cashier in the drive thru tonight.
