Staff didn’t quite seem to be that organized. When ordering, the staff said that they were having a rough night and stressed out. I totally understand that but as a customer, its not necessary to hear. They were polite and food was good at least.

My first impression of Arby’s was quite sensational. They do have all the meats you could possibly find at a restaurant. Their Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap is delicious. The soft flour tortilla could have tasted better if toasted though. A good option from their cold meats menu.

Sandwiches and fries were fine and hot, but my sandwich barely had any meat in it. Arby’s usually has great sandwichs loaded with meat, at least compared to other places, but today this was not the case. If this kind of food continues, I will not be back.

When we arrived we were informed that they only had two sandwiches left and it would be three hours before they had anymore. We choose to take the two they had and they had definitely been sitting under the warmer for some time. The buns were hard. When we went to the soda machine and every product was out and we had to ask for them to fill it behind the counter. The restaurant could definitely use some cleaning. If you don’t have anything to cook then maybe have the staff do some needed cleaning rather than standing around talking. Also if you are out of product then close your doors until you have product to sell.
