If you like Arby’s this is the Arby’s to eat at. Clean, quick, and good which is what you want when it comes to fast food. It is kinda on the wrong side of the street, but ease of parking once you get there is well worth it.

The bigger lady who I was told was the general manager was super rude in the drive-thru. When I was handed the wrong food, she gave attitude when I mentioned it. She upset my autistic son in the backseat because she raised her voice. Unfortunately I have to contact corporate on her treatment of customers and other employees.

The food is great! I LOVE Arby’s but sadly there aren’t many in So. Cal anymore. ☹️ However, this one is worth the drive. Place is clean, the food is freshly made and the restrooms are spotless! Best overall Arby’s I’ve seen in a long time.

Normally the food is very fresh and tasty, but this time the garlic ribeye sandwich and the classic roastbeef sandwich were both lacking in tenderness and flavor. The mozzarella sticks were mostly hollow and what cheese was still there was burnt on the outside like they just reheated old ones. I had gone through the drive thru and took the food home otherwise if I ate it there I would have brought it all back and asked for a refund.

Drive thru. The gentlemen who took the order did great. Get to the window the lady who gave us our order I asked all the food in the bag? Yep…. Forgot my fish sandwich. Granted it took 10 seconds to get from the marquee to the window and the 1st car was just pulling away but… Really? It’s not like ARBYS is a busy spot. I know people have memory issues so Ill be willing to give it another try in the near future, then I’ll report back.
