Haven’t had Arby’s in a long time I ordered a double roast beef and cheddar,fries,and a shake..usually I’m not one to complain but my fries had a very bad taste to them as well as old and cooked in old grease..the sandwich was great though ..I just think they need to maybe change their oil that’s all..

The meat in my sandwich was cold and the cheese unmelted, French dip and Swiss. Curly fries were fried in one big bunch so center was uncooked. This is the third time thus has happened at this Arby’s. Will NOT go back.

I hadn’t been to an Arby’s in over a year I think, but after going to this one, I might have to start trying to seek them out. Staff was friendly and processed our good deal coupon very quickly. We got the #1 small meal which was a brisket sandwich. The food was fast and fries were good. The sandwich was a little lacking in MEATS, but overall fine.

I’m not sure I would buy again but I tried the Wagyu burger. No big whoop. I couldn’t tell much difference. The patty was thicker than others and not as dry as fast food hamburgers. I just think I wouldn’t buy again. BTW, their fries are really good,!

If I wanted cold food that’s been sitting around, I would have eaten left overs at home. It is not often that I am close to an Arby’s, very disappointing to get a sandwich what’s been sitting around and cold, gross fries. At least they remembered my Arby’s sauce this time

I had a great experience coming to this Arby’s why? Great Customer Service, easy access to drive through, menu was easy to read with a selections of items, and plenty of parking lot. I ordered the Swiss cheese aju french roll with their yam sweet potato fries and curly fries and a nice cold Dr.Pepper drink. I suggest you to add on onions inside the French dip roll.

Came for shake and gyro sandwich. Shake machine was down. Manager upgraded sandwich to combo (drink & fries) at no charge and says to come back for “free” shake. NOTE: 2 stars because I paid for shake in advance prior to finding out there’s no shakes. Was only told this after my sandwich was ready not before I paid for my order. No sign or mention by cashier when he took payment.
