I love Arby’s but will never come back to this location. It’s 11pm. Stood here for 1 hour and never saw an employee. Asked Preston the manager “…if Arby’s was open?” He replied, “I think so.” It’s clearly posted everywhere it’s open 24hrs. I had to wait here anyways so it basically became a game to see if an illusive Arby’s employee would eventually show themselves. They did not.

I arrived at Arby’s at 5:44 pm. It took almost a half hour to order and get my order. There was only one person working the front along with drive-thru and one filling orders. They were out of Arby’s sauce packets and I was told they didn’t have any containers with lids. When I got home I found that they didn’t give us what I ordered. Since the lady that took my order didn’t give me a receipt I can’t verify if she entered what I asked for. I ordered a Classic RB and a Half pound RB both were about the size of a Classic but with Onion Buns (yuck).

This was disappointing. I was excited to have an Arby’s near by. Stopped in. Was immediately informed I would not be able to order a combo of any sort as they did not have cups. I proceeded to make a simple order of a beef and cheese sandwich. I asked for onion straws to be added. When I got my sandwich there was but a dash of cheese sauce in the very center of the bun and 2 pieces of onion straws of which I paid extra for. My fries were cold even though I had gone in and there were no customers before me. I ask for a side of cheese sauce while showing my disappointing bun and she said I would have to pay! I began to protest that this cannot be the proper amount ( after all, cheese is in the items name!) And she then gave me a small side at no cost. Unsure if I will return.

Came by for some Roast Beef Sandwiches and – Dynasty is not very intelligent or have any type of customer service skills. Sanitary is key so we dont get sick from the food handlers. She offered no greeting and not even a thank you! Ice tea should have ice- no ice.

Second time ordering #5 both times the chicken,bacon, and bread were cold. Also bread covered in honey sauce hard to eat without getting sticky hands. Both times fries were barely warm and stale. Staff is nice but food is just plain bad.

Order is constantly being messed up, usually curly fries when I ordered crinkled. Food is cold as well. Took 10 minutes to get thru drive thru. Only 1 car ahead of me. Order takers need to listen and not talk above ordered.

Wow 5.0. That’s crazy. I got 2 for 7 deal 6pc mozzarella sticks and classic chicken sandwich. Well the sticks were cold n over cooked. The chicken was dry and not fresh. Definitely won’t come back to this Arbys. I’ve had better from other Arbys.
