We ordered 2 bacon, cheddar, and beef sandwiches to go, and we got 2 beef and cheddar. The bread was stale, the beef was sparse, and the cheddar was one splotch on the side of the sandwich. When I called and asked for the manager I was given to a young girl who when I told her about it said ‘sorry’. She asked if we wanted to return and get the right order, I declined because my husband had already taken a few bites. I told her as the manager she should be managing her staff better and doing better. Where has the pride in work gone. These young kids don’t care about the product. Hopefully, the owner will. I won’t know because I am not going back there.

My husband asked for a sandwich and chicken tenders both combos. We drove home and we open the bags and his sandwich was missing. We drove back with the whole order and they gave him a sandwich. He asked if they could remake the order again because the chicken tenders and the fries where cold. They didn’t apologize or anything and they told him “oh so you don’t want just the sandwich?” My husband said “no my food is already cold”. The girl there told him ok I’m gonna throw those to the trash for you. He asked if he could get at least the cold chicken tenders at least. I mean we had to drive back to the place. Not coming back here.

They had just about closed the dining room and we were fine with going through the drive-thru. We both needed to use the restroom. Without hesitation the manager smiled and said of course. Then helped us at the window. We found that amazing in a world that most would have said something about just mopped and it’s after 10pm.

Do not order delivery from this place. I love Arby’s but this one seems to intentionally leaves items off your order. I ordered a French dip and they did not include the au jus (that’s why they call it “dip”!). Mozzarella sticks and they left out the marinara. Even after calling them and asking that they include it. Asked for extra horsey sauce and there was none at all. We do Arby’s Wednesday every few weeks but it’s not worth the risk anymore. Luckily there are a lot of options.

Just a quick trip in and out. The parking lot was big enough and had a handy pull through for my 25 ft rv and the service wa so quick my dad didn’t have time to park before I was jumping back in.
