We took the best of the Italian meats – pit-smoked ham, salami, and pepperoni, sliced them up thin, then stacked them higher than feasibly possible with melted Swiss. But we didn’t stop there. We piled banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on there too, and drizzled it all with a red wine vinaigrette, topped with garlic aioli, all on a toasted Italian roll. OK, you can get up now.
Smokehouse Brisket
We set out to make a sandwich with layers of smoky flavor, and this is the result. We smoke our brisket for at least 13 hours in a pit smoker in Texas. We top that with smoked gouda, crispy onions, mayo and BBQ sauce and serve it all on an artisan-style roll.
Traditional Greek Gyro
You don’t need to go to Greece to enjoy a Greek Gyro. You just need to like flame-seared, knife carved gyro meat, with crispy vegetables, creamy tzatziki sauce, and warm pita bread. You do need to be able to get to Arby’s. Apparently, you can order a cab on your smartphone now, so that’s a solid option.​

The food is great but the employees are not keeping supplies stocked. I went through the drive-through to order an orange shake and the charge me for it. Then after waiting they come back to the window saying nobody filled the ice cream machine so I had to pull around and wait until they fill it and mix it with the floor and wait. They finally came out and did say they were sorry about the wait and that nobody checked the machine. I went through the drive thru so I don’t have to wait fir two shakes. Since I was working but I waited.

To be honest I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time. I found much of their menu a tad boring and lacking breadth of options. I decided to try it again the other day to refresh my memory and wasn’t disappointed.

Every time we go through the drive through, it takes forever. If someone has a big order, they don’t ask them to pull over and assist the next customer. Even when I offered to pull over, their response was, “no, they can wait.” I don’t think that’s very good customer service.

Edit- don’t be fooled by the fast response to a bad review. It is just a corporate trick to make it look like they care. I have had zero contact from the support team. Nothing has been done to fix the situation. This is the second time I have had a problem with orders from Arby’s and the second time they ghosted me directly after saying they would make it right. I believe positive reviews for this location are mostly from friends of the manager and should be considered fake.

What really upset us more than anything was the counter girl must have been having a bad day or something cuz she seemed a little harsh n rude towards us. Then, when she called my name to pick up our food she was snippy asking if we wanted any sauces. What happened next was almost unthinkable. As we were starting to eat, she came out to clean the tables n started spraying the chemicals onto the table which sprayed onto my straw of my drink and cup and also onto my food. I’ll give her some credit (I guess) cuz she did at least say, “oops my bad” but I mean come on you clearly saw us sitting there that she could have come back after we left to clean our table. It is the first time ever that has happened to me and also the first time in 38+ years I didn’t ring the bell as I left an Arby’s. Very very disappointed.

The lady that took our order, wearing a dungeons and dragons hoodie was super friendly. We had a short wait for our jalapeno poppers so she gave my son an apple pastry. She was engaging us in conversation and was a total boss. Give this woman a raise!!!! And the food was amazing. And I really am not an Arby’s fan. But this amazing person changed my mind. I will be returning frequently as the service, the food and the general way we were treated was a breath of fresh air compared to many of the other fast food establishments around here.
