This is the most horrible meal I’ve ever received from here. I can’t even eat it. This is supposed to be a turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich… This is turkey, onion, and Swiss cheese with mustard and mayo. Yet… you guys want more money? How about do your job correctly first! What a waste of money.

I was in the store from 2:40 pm to 4:05 pm and around 3:15 or so, I went up to the on duty manager and told that there were 3 spots leaking from the ceiling, of which one of them was directly in/on a booth. I suggested putting buckets out to try and catch the water. He said “okay”. 30 minutes later another staff member said that maybe they should put out a caution placard, manager said “that’s a good idea”. No responsibility was shown or care given about possible customers getting hurt if they fell down because there were no notices placed. Also my friend asked for more turnovers to be cooked. He was told the wait would be 30-35 minutes. No problem as we were going to eat in the restaurant anyway. 1 hour later he went back to the counter to ask about them and he was told ” oh, I’ll get them now”. Not very attentive to customers well being. Just received a phone call and a female staff member and tried to say that a placard had been placed there by staff the whole time she had been on shift, NO IT WASN’T. There was no caution anything up anywhere until 15 minutes before we left. She even hung up on me while my friend and myself were trying to get our point across about being concerned about other customers safety. She said that she was a manager there, I don’t know if she was or not, but definitely not a nice person to do that.

The milkshake machine was out of service. Instead of being compted with my replacement drinks, I was asked to pay for them. Then, I had to go online to get the refund for the shakes because I ordered it online. Could have just been the case of a new staff member. If not, Arbys needs to train staff better.

I’m posting specifically about the waigu beef hamburger. Cost for a meal is about $13.00. I couldn’t believe it when I saw them put the meat in the MICROWAVE. When I got the sandwich it was a huge, very soft ground patty on a fancy bun which was too soft for the burger so it fell apart totally. I ended having to eat it with a fork so I feel that I missed the hamburger experience a little bit. The taste was so-so. Not much flavor or seasoning in my opinion and the meat was also very finely ground so it was soft. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this dish-sorry ARBY’S.

Don’t work here if you are a new mom. They discriminate against Postpartum Mothers and don’t care about your health. Food is never rotated like it should, one day you can have good fries, the next you could have 45 minute old fries. Hair nets are never worn from people with longer hair dealing with your food. Multiple injuries from workers/customers in the women’ bathroom. Fryer grease is barley changed twice a month if you’re lucky.

Ordered The Smokehouse Brisket based on the picture on the menu, and boy, was I let down the saddest skimpiest looking sandwich I’ve ever had. The apple turnover wasn’t bad. I ordered the blueberry lemonade, and a large was given what looked like a big small. I would have hate to see what the medium looks like

Had a very pleasant experience , when we stopped in during the lunch hour! The line inside moved at a better than expected pace, and the young lady who placed our order was friendly. The food was as expected, enjoyed every bite!
