We stopped around 2:15 running errands. Seemed to only be one guy working when I went in to ask the bathroom code. Bathrooms were absolutely spotless. I mean straight up immaculate. Our dogs were being really loud, and as soon as we came out of the bathroom he came out with a chicken nugget to bribe them with so they’d be quiet when we went through the drivethrough. We had a big, long, complicated stupid order, and he took it with such good humor. He was joking around with us. The food came out proper. The loaded fries looked like they were straight out of the commercial. When does that ever happen? That literally never happens. Middle aged guy with shaved head and glasses is just a top notch employee. Give that man a raise!

The food is what you’d expect from Arby’s. The product could be a bit more consistent as I’ve ordered the same item a couple of times and sometimes it one size (Super Roast Beef Sandwich) and sometimes its another size. This outlet is pretty clean and the staff is for the most part helpful.

Wasn’t sure what to get for dinner and hadn’t been to Arby’s in a while so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered quite a few things and they staff was very friendly. Everything tasted great. Justin noticed that we had a child in the car and threw in a free kids drawing toy. He was also very friendly and helpful making sure we got everything that we needed. Will be back again!

For some reason, I was jonesing for Arby’s roast beef sandwich on an onion roll. They had closed most of the locations in Seattle, but I had some business in Lynnwood so I stopped by. I think they’re still recovering from the pandemic. The place was empty and there were chairs still stacked up in one closed off section of the eating area… Person at the counter was extremely nice and help. They upsold me on some sliders like a true salesperson. Food was just OK, especially the portion size. I remember the sandwiches being bigger and less expensive. They curly fries and Arby’s sauce is always tasty.

Service and quality of food has definitely improved over the past year. I think they are getting it back together. After the pandemic hit, the hours would be inconsistent and my order would be incorrect. I’m glad there has been improvements. Prices are higher compared to other fast food places but I will keep coming back here for the beef n cheddar roast beef sandwich and curry fries!
