It’s was a Friday lunchtime and even the manager was hustling at the counter. My fish tenders were absolutely perfectly cook. Not greasey, nice and flaky, and too hot to eat right away, so I know they were fresh out of the fries. It left time to start on my slightly well-done crinkle fries as ordered. Then I topped it off with a double roast beef covered in Horshey and Arby’s sauce. I was completely stuffed, and it made the 25-minute traffic delay at 30 Mph on the freeway bearable.

The other reviews for this place can’t be real. Maybe a different set of expectations or just the sense to keep driving would have been best. This Arby’s is all original 1989. Bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been cleaned since then either. Absolutely disgusting. Men’s bathroom was horrible, kitchen was far from what I would expect. Service was slow and incompetent. No numbering system for inside orders. I had the same name as the gentleman before me which was made clear until I almost walked out the door with his food! I suppose good help and management(non-existent) can be hard to find in the middle of nowhere.

This particular Arby’s is horrible as far as wait time. You can not go inside the restaurant, it’s drive thru only. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes from the time we got in line until we got to the window to receive our food. We don’t frequently get to visit this location because it isn’t near our home, but we love to visit on our trips to Eastern WA. The last 3 times we’ve gone (over 18 months) this is the norm it seems. Today when we got up to the drive thru menu, the employee said, “Welcome to Arby’s Circus.” The poor guy was clearly trying to make the most of a horrible situation that probably falls on his shoulders. Not sure if it’s management that has created this issue or if they are suffering like many keeping or getting employees. Other than the long wait, the food was good.

This place has great service, food (lamb gyro sandwich, cherry or apple turnovers), and happy people helping you. Sadly, the air conditioning has been out, or staffing has been a challenge, and patrons become impatient and nasty to these wonderful, hard workers! It isn’t their fault, and taking it out on them is wrong and demoralizing when trying their best to serve YOU. I go here often and love it.

Did a mobile order so I couldn’t cancel since I already paid. Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through. Which they had a sign saying was closed. Sign said lobby was closed to. They just kept saying we’re giving everyone a late start today.

The employees here always speak to guests with positivity and hilarious jokes and funny ways of asking or repeating orders and telling us to have good days. At this point I come here for the uplifting entertainment and it would be a better world if all fast food employees spoke to guests like this. Hope they’re taken care of by their management, they definitely deserve it.
