I took a couple bites but I forgot to get rid of the tomatoes so I opened the burger up to take them out and was absolutely horrified when I found a hair in the burger. It sucks because it was 15 dollars! This is incredibly disgusting…

After finding out sandwich normally get no longer available, asked to be given a second to figure out what I’d like. Was asked if that was all before even having a chance to look at menu again. Finally made a haste decision after being rushed. Got order and opened my crispy chicken sandwich was COLD and my husband saw they had drawn a mad face inside my lid. His food was all fine and hot. Being that I am pregnant it is important to have food heated to proper temp to help kill off chance of listeria. Super disappointed that some deliberately did this to my food. It was super aggressive and unnecessary. We won’t be eating again at this location. Only doing 1 star cause no stars isn’t an option.

The drive through took way to long if you ask me. But when I got to the window the cashier was friendly and had my very small order of jalapeno poppers and a chocolate shake ready to go. He offered my bronco jelly for the poppers which I accepted but had never had before. OMG that was the best decision ever. So thank you cashier dude !!!

They closed at 7:40 pm one night. We arrived 9 minutes too late. Who does that? For staff shortage. Next day, there were plenty of people working. I mean, at least close at 8, not 7:40. Other than that, food is great. Roast beef sliders are delicious and mozzarella sticks are good, and I had the turkey bacon wrap it was so good! There was also one time when when they forgot a bunch of our items in the order. Not sure what’s going on at that location but sometimes they are all good, other times, it’s frustrating. I think the owner might have been there, maybe the workers felt the pressure while she was there, but it definitely felt tense. I would recommend them though. They do have good work ethic.

Highly disappointed on this one!! I ordered through Doordash, and although it was the FASTEST delivery I’ve ever had from one of the delivery apps…..food was extremely disappointing! I ordered a total of 3 Beef & Cheddar sandwiches…..there was BARELY any cheddar at all!! It literally looked like a tiny squirt of cheddar!(see photo). When you pay that much for a sandwich, you expect to get more. I also ordered 2 Mozzarella Sticks (1-4 piece & 1-6 piece)…..they sent 1 small packet of marinara sauce (enough for about 3 mozzarella sticks). Highly disappointed in this place…..they used to be so good!

Just wanted to make an edit to my review as I went again recently. The worker I was served by was named Chadley, this dude rocks and deserves all the praise their boss can offer them. Dude has excellent customer service skills and made sure my order was absolutely perfect. Thanks for being a good place to eat.

Husband just went through drive-through and ordered one of their chicken sandwiches. He got home and there was cheese and bacon on the bun but no chicken second time this is happened every time we go through their drive-through our order is wrong but to forget the meat come on how bad has it gotten so disappointed I always loved Arby’s.

This was my first ever visit to an Arby’s. I’ve been wanting to try it for years, but never actually went for it. I stopped by right about closing time and I was worried they wouldn’t be serving food. Luckily, Chadley and Andrew were there to provide excellent customer service. They could’ve told me that they were closed and I would’ve drove away but instead they went out of their way to make sure that my order was perfect. The food was delicious and Chadley and Andrew were attentive and professional. I look forward to my next opportunity to visit.
