I purchased 4 turnovers from the Port Orchard location. I received them straight into the takeout bag with no wrapper on them. The grease soaked thru the bag onto my seat. Also they were very under cooked and no frosting! What happened!! Disappointing adventure for me

Unbelievably slow.. This is by far the slowest place that I’ve ever been and I’m disappointed. Not only Was I in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes but they were out of half of the things I wanted. Not only that but when I got my order the I order the fries were overcooked to the point where they are almost unedible and the sandwich look like this. The worst! Nobody has any care in what they do anymore.

Ordered the new fish and chips. We got 3 very small pices of fish. Combined the where smaller then a dollar bill folded in half. i got 16 fries my wife got 14. And bt the way THEY DONT HAVE THE MEAT. sign on the drive up. OUT OF ROAST BEEF.

Not only is the service awesome a bunch of our kids work there. I think it’s great and my kids of course but a bunch of the other kids around town work there and they’re really polite. I love that about Arby’s right now they’re really really polite and the chicken sandwiches ordered. Absolutely amazing. Thanks guys keep up the great work. Always plenty of parking here as it appears the drive thru stays busier than the dining room. Service is always quick and friendly though I will say the cost of a fast food lunch here has gotten a little steep. The “regular” milkshakes are nearly $5 apiece and sized more like a small. This is typical of Washington these days…

It seems like their always short staffed which is fine n I’ll wait for my beef n cheddar but it’s not acceptable for them to make up excuses to not honor my valid coupon saying they can’t use a screen shot of a QR code that says it’s valid intell August 17th 2023!
