How do you forget the top bun to a sandwich and also burn the curly fries It’s not limited to just here, but many of the chain fast food restaurants in the area just seem… clumsy. Pay your workers more so they put in the effort. That’s what it boils down to.

The place was under-staffed, the employees were rude to each other, and they didn’t work as a team. This used to be a great branch, but it seems as though it is falling apart. The help yourself condiments were empty. The fountain drink syrups were empty. The only reason why it is scoring even this high is because the place was actually clean.

Never having been to this location I’d say the speed of service was very good. People were polite and made sure I had the condiments I wanted. I know the condiments thing seems small but so many places don’t even ask. They just give you fries, ect, no ketchup or anything.

Good food, no drive thru. Long wait times, short staffed, you have to ask them for sauce in a to go order, but they call your name with your food in the counter ready to grab and rush to the back so fast you don’t get a chance to.

The last three times Ive been here my order has been wrong. Todays order Im missing both drinks drinks. Also no sauses for my sandwich or my chessesticks that I asked for. I ended up eating the most disgusting dry flavorless meal that I remember. I wont ever be back

This is one of the only Arby’s that doesn’t have a drive-thru and the employees seem happier. Also dining inside is kind of nice. There’s plenty of places to sit and it’s warm. The staff was very kind and fun to talk to. Of course the food can always be better, it is Arby’s after all, but overall I was pretty pleased with my visit.

The store was very dirty. The staff very tired acting. Our order was taken. I walked over to the beverage counter and it was filthy and sticky. I filled my soda & the lids were a mess. No napkins in any of the dispensers. I walked to cashier and asked for napkins and was directed back to the empty dispensers. Workers totally checked out. When I got my order it was missing the marinara to go with the cheese sticks. When I asked for it I was clearly imposing on the worker. She got some, tossed it on the tray and walked away. Mind you, they were not busy at all. No one waiting in the drive thru or lobby. Where was she rushing off to?!? Then I looked at the tray and realized they forgot my husband’s milkshake. *sigh This was way too much effort for fast food. My husband waited until someone came to help him and he requested his shake. Then he had to wait for them to make it. They had totally forgotten it. We should have gone somewhere else.

We tried the Smokehouse ribeye. It was good. I would have preferred not having the fried onions on the sandwich. The crinkle fries were also good. The curly fries were a bit mushy. The service was excellent and we will probably go back sometime soon!
